Effect of EDTA and detergents on PDF-Is activity.

Values are means of four independent assays.The different compounds were used at concentration for which no direct antibacterial effect was observed. EDTA was used at 1 mM ; SDS at 100 µg/ml; Tx-100 at 1000 µg/ml; DOC at 1000 µg/ml.所有数值均为四次独立实验的平均值。本实验所用各类化合物的浓度均未表现出直接抗菌活性。其中乙二胺四乙酸（EDTA）的使用浓度为1 mM；十二烷基硫酸钠（SDS）为100 µg/ml；曲拉通X-100（Tx-100）为1000 µg/ml；脱氧胆酸钠（DOC）为1000 µg/ml。
