This dataset covers 382 poverty-stricken counties across China, spanning a total area of approximately 794,178 square kilometers and supporting a population of about 17.048 million. Generated from satellite imagery, this dataset adopts an encoder-decoder architecture combined with morphological operation techniques. Its core purpose is to analyze the impact of road network construction on regional economic development. The dataset encompasses the aforementioned 382 counties, with its key tasks including road network extraction and socio-economic analysis.
