Supervised Multi-Domain Scientific and Technology Entities in Short Texts

Technology short texts mainly consist of three parts: briefings on domestic and international strategic trends, policy and frontier updates, and a global technology map. The time span covers from January 2019 to June 2024. Three master's students in information management manually annotated the multi-domain technology entities contained within, resulting in a total of 4,416 supervised data entries.
