ROMS outputs

The Free and RODAS_SST experiments were conducted using the ROMS ocean model for the Southwest Atlantic at a 1/12° resolution. The Free experiment is a simulation without data assimilation, serving as a control for comparative analyses. In contrast, the RODAS_SST experiment incorporates daily Sea Surface Temperature (SST) data assimilation from the OSTIA product, simulating conditions closer to observations. Both experiments aim to evaluate the impact of data assimilation on regional oceanic dynamics, including variables such as SST, ocean currents, and sea surface height. The files cover the period of 2009-01-01 to 2012-12-31.本研究采用ROMS海洋模式，以1/12°的分辨率对西南大西洋海域开展Free实验与RODAS_SST实验。Free实验为无数据同化的数值模拟，作为对照实验用于对比分析。与之相对，RODAS_SST实验融合了源自OSTIA产品的逐日海表温度（Sea Surface Temperature）数据同化方案，模拟结果更贴近实际观测实况。两项实验均旨在评估数据同化对区域海洋动力学的影响，评估维度涵盖海表温度、海流以及海面高度等要素。本次数据集的时间覆盖范围为2009年1月1日至2012年12月31日。
