A dual role for FADD in human T-cell lymphoblastic neo-plasms

In this study, we set out to get insight into the clinical implications of FADD expres-sion in T-cell lymphoblastic neoplasms, and to explore the landscape of deregulated cell signaling events in human T-cell lymphoblastic neoplasms, taking FADD expression as the defining variable.本研究旨在阐明FADD（Fas-associated death domain）在T细胞淋巴母细胞性肿瘤中的临床意义，并以FADD表达作为核心定义变量，解析人类T细胞淋巴母细胞性肿瘤中失调的细胞信号转导事件的全貌。
