We used scRNA-seq analysis to investigate the characteristics of p16high cells in the bladdder cancer microenvironment. We performed scRNA-seq using the aged p16CreERT2-tdTomato mouse bladder. The tdTomato-positive and negative stromal cells were collected through FACS and processed for library preparation.
本研究采用单细胞RNA测序(scRNA-seq)分析方法,探究膀胱癌微环境内p16高表达细胞的相关特征。我们以老年p16CreERT2-tdTomato小鼠的膀胱组织为样本开展单细胞RNA测序实验,通过荧光激活细胞分选(FACS)分离得到tdTomato阳性与阴性基质细胞,并完成文库构建操作。
