Input files for use with Helium crop pedigree visualisation software (https://github.com/cardinalb/helium-docs/wiki/Download-Helium). This dataset is an updated and edited version of the original pedigree published in PLOS Biology (https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pbio.3000071).<br>Separate input files are provided for a subset of UK varieties and their ancestors as well as a much larger global pedigree
