RAW mass spectrometry data files of metabolomics

Untargeted metabolomics raw data acquired using LC–MS/MS (AB 6600 TripleTOF, SCIEX) from mouse liver tissue samples. Data are provided in .wiff and .wiff.scan formats and were generated for the study “ALDH2 Suppresses Glycolysis in Hepatocellular Carcinoma via TRIM21-Mediated GLUT1 Degradation” to analyze metabolic alterations.
