We performed RNA sequencing in Mouse Embryonic Fibroblasts (MEFs) of GR wild-type and GR Zn. Cells were treated with: vehicle (EtOH), Dexamethasone (Dex), Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) or Dex+LPS. We show that GR Zn does not regulate any GR target gene mRNA profile of GR wild-type and GR Zn MEFs treated with vehicle, Dex, LPS or DexLPS
我们对糖皮质激素受体(Glucocorticoid Receptor,GR)野生型及GR Zn型小鼠胚胎成纤维细胞(Mouse Embryonic Fibroblasts,MEFs)进行了RNA测序(RNA sequencing)实验。将该类细胞分别以赋形剂(乙醇,EtOH)、地塞米松(Dexamethasone,Dex)、脂多糖(Lipopolysaccharide,LPS)以及地塞米松联合脂多糖(Dex+LPS)进行处理。本研究结果表明,在分别经赋形剂、地塞米松、脂多糖或地塞米松联合脂多糖处理的GR野生型与GR Zn型MEFs中,GR Zn均未调控任何GR靶基因的mRNA表达谱。
