Bacteria Raw sequence reads

The samples were collected from top 10cm of three rapid sand filters inside drinking water treatment plants used for biological filtration of groundwater in Denmark. These samples were utilized for identifying total bacterial community by universal 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing. The aim of the study was to investigate the changes induced by copper dosing within the filter microbial community.
