The tool also describes customer expectations during each stage. This powerful toolbox will help guide customers to be a stronger partner to City staff during the permitting process. The second feature allows users to search for their permit number in the tool’s application lookup and see a summary of what stage the permit is in and how it compares to other similar permits.
