This transcriptomic study investigates the effect of therapeutic short-chain fatty acids (SCFA) administration on post-stroke recovery. Overall design: The transcriptomic profiles of 15 weeks old C57BL/6 mice 14 days after stroke were compared according to their treatment with +/- SCFA (n = 3/3).
