The HPAI Modelling Challenge: simulation inputs, participant datasets, and official synthetic epidemic

Data associated with the 2026 HPAI Modelling Challenge, a part of the WiLiMan-ID project, in which participating teams investigated and recommended management of a synthetic highly pathogenic avian influenza epidemic across a fictional poultry production landscape. Each archive is to be unpacked into the `data/` directory of the accompanying code repository. hpai-challenge-datasets.zip: datasets provided to participating teams (canonical landscape, phase-specific datasets of the realized epidemic, and a mock preparatory dataset). hpai-challenge-model-inputs.zip: finalized simulation input data, along with intermediate spatial and movement layers, plus two municipality name files used to construct Jolly Island. hpai-challenge-official-run.zip: cached official simulation run, complete input object, and beta/seed trajectory array from which the official trajectory was selected.
