Publication of datasets for the GBCL Project

For the GBCL Project, having tags can help team members and others external to the project to access and locate datasets easily. With the immensity of the GBCL Project's data assets, there is a need for a tagging standard to help find and access specific datasets. Evidence communicated from the GBCL technical lead below was used to create tagging groups and categories.针对GBCL项目，为数据集添加标签可帮助项目团队成员及外部相关人员便捷地访问和定位数据集。鉴于GBCL项目的数据资产体量极其庞大，亟需一套统一的标签规范，以助力精准查找和访问特定数据集。本次构建标签组与分类体系的依据，源自GBCL项目技术负责人此前传达的相关信息。
