Purpose of the test campaign: the purpose of these experiments was to investigate the effect of material of the adherends on mode I fracture behaviour of bonded joints. The Double Cantilever Beam (DCB) specimens with different adherend material(s) were tested. Test equipment: all tests were performed on a 20 kN tensile test machine. The crack length was measured by means of a Digital Image Correlation (DIC) system or a camera system. The applied force and displacement were measured by the tensile test machine, and also sent as inputs to the Digital Image Correlation (DIC) system or to the camera, in order to facilitate synchronization of the data.
试验系列目的:本试验旨在探究被粘物材料对粘接接头I型断裂行为的影响。本次试验对不同被粘物材料的双悬臂梁(Double Cantilever Beam,DCB)试样进行了测试。
试验设备:所有试验均在20 kN拉力试验机上完成。
裂纹长度通过数字图像相关(Digital Image Correlation,DIC)系统或摄像系统进行测量。
加载力与位移由拉力试验机采集,并将其作为输入信号传输至数字图像相关(DIC)系统或摄像机,以实现各测试数据的同步对齐。
