PancreaNomogram

This research includes comprehensive clinical and imaging data from six different centers (A, B, C, D, E, F). For each center, we have provided detailed baseline clinical characteristics, which encompass a wide range of medical and demographic information. Key variables include age, body mass index (BMI), HbA1c levels, fasting plasma glucose, 2-hour postprandial glucose, insulin dose, and C-peptide levels. Additionally, data on renal function (eGFR, serum creatinine, BUN), lipid profiles (total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides), liver function (ALT, AST, ALP, bilirubin), and cardiovascular metrics (systolic and diastolic blood pressure, resting heart rate) are included.Each center’s data set is supplemented with relevant imaging data, allowing for a thorough exploration of clinical and visual correlations. These data serve as a foundation for the analysis and comparison of health outcomes across varying patient demographics and clinical conditions.
