Effect of VEGF-C treatment on sorted meningeal lymphatic endothelial cells

Transcriptional profiling of mouse dural lymphatic endothelial cells (LECs) in comparing AAV-Controls with AAV-VEGFC treaded mice. Objective was to determine the effect of the VEGFC treatment on global gene expression of LECs. Overall design: Total RNA was obtained from sorted dural Lymphatic endothelial cells of 10 to 12 pooled meningeal samples for each condition (AAV-CTRL vs AAV-VEGFC pre-treated mice). The experiment was repeated 3 times for each condition.

本数据集针对小鼠硬脑膜淋巴内皮细胞（lymphatic endothelial cells, LECs）开展转录谱分析，旨在比较腺相关病毒（adeno-associated virus, AAV）对照小鼠与经AAV-VEGFC处理的小鼠样本，以明确VEGFC处理对淋巴内皮细胞全基因表达的影响。
实验设计：每个实验组（AAV-对照组与经AAV-VEGFC预处理的小鼠）均从10至12份混合脑膜样本中分选得到硬脑膜淋巴内皮细胞，提取总RNA；每个实验组独立重复实验3次。
