Interventions: A bare stent is placed in the stenotic portion of sigmoid colon or rectum caused by malignant tumor via the trans-anal route.
Primary outcome(s): Improvement of subjective symptoms at 1 day, 1,2 and 4 weeks after stenting.
Study Design: Single arm Non-randomized
干预措施：通过经肛途径，将裸支架（bare stent）置入恶性肿瘤所致的乙状结肠或直肠狭窄部位。
主要结局指标：支架置入术后1天、1周、2周及4周时主观症状的改善情况。
