Ce4Ni is Iron carbide-like structured and crystallizes in the cubic Fd-3m space group. The structure is zero-dimensional and consists of eight Ce4Ni clusters. Ce is bonded in a single-bond geometry to one Ni atom. The Ce–Ni bond length is 2.52 Å. Ni is bonded in a tetrahedral geometry to four equivalent Ce atoms.
四铈镍(Ce₄Ni)具有类碳化铁晶体结构,结晶于立方晶系Fd-3m空间群。该结构为零维体系,由8个Ce₄Ni团簇构成。Ce原子以单键配位环境与1个Ni原子成键,Ce-Ni键长为2.52埃。Ni原子以四面体配位环境与4个等价的Ce原子成键。
