Enqpy™ Public Record Bundle v1.0: Proof, Full Construction Disclosure, Reference Code, Test Vectors, and Verification Materials

This record preserves the public technical materials for the Enqpy™ stream cipher, including the formal proof, Formal Cryptographic Description, reference code, test vectors, verification materials, citation metadata, and related public-interest governance materials. The purpose of this record is to make the Enqpy proof, construction, and implementation materials publicly accessible, citable, independently downloadable, and preservable beyond the lifetime of any single website, company, foundation, repository, or individual custodian. This public record bundle is intended to support review, implementation, verification, archival preservation, public citation, and long-term discoverability of the Enqpy technical record.
