Coniella diplodiella strain:WR01 Genome sequencing and assembly

Coniella diplodiella, one of the causal agents of grape white rot disease, leads to severe losses in grape production and quality worldwide. To explore the pathogenic mechanism of C. diplodiella on grape, we sequenced the genome. The results will provide usefull information for further investigation on gene function.

葡萄座腔孢（Coniella diplodiella）是引发葡萄白腐病的病原菌之一，该病害在全球范围内均可造成葡萄产量与品质的严重损失。为探究C. diplodiella对葡萄的致病机制，我们对其基因组完成了测序。本研究所得结果将为后续基因功能相关研究提供有价值的参考信息。
