Paspalum vaginatum cultivar:Supreme and Parish Transcriptome or Gene expression

This study intends to gain insight into the transcriptome response of two cultivars (Supreme vs. Parish) from a halophyte species called Seashore paspalum with inherent difference in salinity tolerance under salt treatment for better understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying plant salt tolerance.

本研究旨在探究盐胁迫处理下，盐生植物（halophyte）海滨雀稗（Seashore paspalum）的两个耐盐性存在固有差异的栽培品种（Supreme与Parish）的转录组响应（transcriptome response），以期更深入地解析植物耐盐性背后的分子机制。
