Andrews (2020) Study 2, Human Givens Rewind treatment of posttrauamtic stress in veterans

The purpose of this preliminary study was to investigate the effectiveness of Human Givens (HG) Rewind treatment for war veterans suffering from post traumatic stress. All war veterans who self-referred between 24 April 2014 and 14 January, 2015 for treatment with PTSD Resolution Ltd, a charity for treating veterans. The charity then referred the veterans to fully qualified and registered HG therapists. The charity registered clients online on the Pragmatic Research Tracker when the referral was made. Clients completed the Impact of Events Scale - Extended Version (IES-E) and Clinical Outcomes in Routine Evaluation (CORE-10). HG therapy included the Griffin &amp; Tyrrell (2001) Rewind treatment protocol.<br>

本初步研究旨在探究人类需求（Human Givens，HG）回溯疗法针对罹患创伤后应激障碍的退伍军人的干预效果。所有于2014年4月24日至2015年1月14日期间，自行向专为退伍军人提供创伤后应激障碍治疗的慈善机构PTSD Resolution Ltd寻求治疗的退伍军人，均纳入本次研究范畴。该慈善机构随后将这些退伍军人转介至资质齐全、完成注册的HG治疗师处。转诊发起时，该机构通过实用研究追踪系统（Pragmatic Research Tracker）完成受试者的线上登记备案。受试者需填写事件影响量表扩展版（Impact of Events Scale - Extended Version, IES-E）与常规诊疗临床结局评估量表（Clinical Outcomes in Routine Evaluation, CORE-10）。本次研究所用的HG疗法采用格里芬与蒂勒尔（Griffin & Tyrrell）于2001年提出的回溯治疗操作方案。
