the neutralization reaction of a strong acid (HNO<sub>3</sub>, q<sub>1</sub>), a buffer stream (NaHCO<sub>3</sub>, q<sub>2</sub>) and a strong base (NaOH, q<sub>3</sub>) in the reaction tank. The PH value of the output stream is measurable and determined by the flow rate of inlet (q<sub>1</sub>~ q<sub>3</sub>) and outlet (q<sub>4</sub>). In order to keep a constant level in the tank, the flow rate of outlet stream varies with the inlets streams flow rate. A data set of 81 samples points was obtained under the conditions of different inlet flow rate to verify the relationship between the pH and the liquid flow q<sub>1</sub>~q<sub>4.</sub>
本数据集对应反应槽内强酸(硝酸,HNO₃,进料流量q₁)、缓冲液流(碳酸氢钠溶液,NaHCO₃,进料流量q₂)与强碱(氢氧化钠,NaOH,进料流量q₃)的中和反应过程。出料流的pH值可被测定,其数值由进料(q₁~q₃)与出料(q₄)的流量共同决定。为维持反应槽内液位恒定,出料流量需随各进料流量动态调整。本研究通过设置不同的进料流量工况,采集了共81组样本点的数据集,用于验证pH值与各流体流量q₁~q₄之间的关联关系。
