In order to discuss the differences in concentrations, production rates, emissions, and sources of volatile halocarbons (VHCs) in the ECS, SCS, and western Pacific Ocean are discussed, along with the differences in the contributions of coastal seas and open oceans to global halogen budgets. We made simultaneous measurements of seawater and atmospheric concentrations of VHCs during cruises in the East China Sea (ECS), South China Sea (SCS), and Western Pacific Ocean from 2017-2020. This dataset contains the original data of Chl-<em>a</em> and VHCs concentrations in the seawater and atmosphere of the ECS, SCS, and western Pacific Ocean during the period of 2017–2020.

为探讨东海(East China Sea, ECS)、南海(South China Sea, SCS)及西太平洋海域中挥发性卤代烃(volatile halocarbons, VHCs)的浓度、生成速率、排放量与来源差异,以及近海与开阔大洋对全球卤族物质收支的贡献差异,本研究于2017-2020年间在上述海域开展航次调查,同步测定了海水中与大气中挥发性卤代烃的浓度。本数据集包含2017-2020年东海、南海及西太平洋海域海水与大气中叶绿素a(Chl-a)和挥发性卤代烃的原始观测数据。
