A total of 858 metabolites belonging to 11 classes were identifiedin pomegranate peel, seed and aril.Of which 647 metabolites showed statistically significant differences between the groups. Flavonoids mainly up-regulated in peel and aril; as were phenolic acids and amino acids in aril; tannins and terpenoids in peel; and lipids and alkaloids in seed. Some functional antioxidants, such as 10,16-dihydroxypalmitic acid, 3-O-methylellagic acid, and 3,3'-O-dimethylellagic acid, were first identified in pomegranate fruits.
本研究共在石榴果皮、种子及假种皮(aril)中鉴定出隶属于11个类别的858种代谢物。其中647种代谢物在各组间呈现统计学显著差异。黄酮类物质主要在果皮和假种皮中显著上调;酚酸类与氨基酸类在假种皮中显著上调;单宁类与萜类物质在果皮中显著上调;脂类与生物碱类则在种子中显著上调。部分功能性抗氧化成分,例如10,16-二羟基棕榈酸、3-O-甲基鞣花酸及3,3'-O-二甲基鞣花酸,为首次在石榴果实中被鉴定发现。
