In the current study we performed epigenomic characterization of 13 different in vitro models of high-grade serous (HGSOC), low-grade serous (LGSOC), mucinous (MOC), endometrioid (ENOC) and clear cell (CCOC) carcinoma using ChIP-Seq for histone modication H3K4me1. Overall design: Chromatin Immuno Precipitation DNA Sequencing (ChIP-Seq) for histone modifications (H3K4me1 in 13 cell lines. Please note that each processed data file was generated from *A, *B and *input samples together and is linked to the corresponding *A sample records.
本研究针对13种不同的体外模型开展了表观基因组学表征,所涉模型涵盖高级别浆液性癌(HGSOC)、低级别浆液性癌(LGSOC)、黏液性癌(MOC)、子宫内膜样癌(ENOC)及透明细胞癌(CCOC),实验采用针对组蛋白修饰H3K4me1的染色质免疫沉淀测序(ChIP-Seq)技术。整体实验设计:针对13株细胞系中的组蛋白修饰H3K4me1开展染色质免疫沉淀测序(ChIP-Seq)。需特别注明:每份处理后的数据文件均由*A、*B及*Input样本联合生成,并与对应的*A样本记录相关联。
