Spring phytoplankton bloom in the North Sea during the 2016 spring bloom

The dataset represents the proteome analysis of six sampling dates during the phytoplankton bloom at the island of Helgoland in the North Sea at the long term research station ‘Kabeltonne’ (54° 11' 17.88'' N, 7° 54' 0'' E) in 2016.本数据集收录了2016年于北海黑尔戈兰岛（Helgoland）长期研究站"Kabeltonne"（地理坐标：54°11′17.88″N，7°54′0″E）开展的浮游植物水华（phytoplankton bloom）期间，6个采样日期的蛋白质组分析（proteome analysis）相关数据。
