beta-glucan is a kind of training immune inducer. Phthaloylated beta-glucan nanoparticles ( PGNs ) were prepared by chemical synthesis and internalized to recombinant Enterococcus faecalis. Recombinant Enterococcus faecalis which internalized PGNs was encapsulated with sodium alginate to prepare sodium alginate microcapsules. Chickens were immunized by oral route. In order to further explore the molecular mechanism of training immunity, we extracted chicken BMDMs for transcriptome sequencing analysis.
