beta-glucan is a kind of training immune inducer. Phthaloylated beta-glucan nanoparticles ( PGNs ) were prepared by chemical synthesis and internalized to recombinant Enterococcus faecalis. Recombinant Enterococcus faecalis which internalized PGNs was encapsulated with sodium alginate to prepare sodium alginate microcapsules. Chickens were immunized by oral route. In order to further explore the molecular mechanism of training immunity, we extracted chicken BMDMs for transcriptome sequencing analysis.β-葡聚糖（beta-glucan）是一类免疫训练诱导剂。本研究通过化学合成法制备邻苯二甲酰化β-葡聚糖纳米颗粒（PGNs），并将其内化至重组粪肠球菌中；随后以海藻酸钠对负载PGNs的重组粪肠球菌进行包埋，制备得到海藻酸钠微胶囊。采用口服免疫途径对鸡实施免疫接种。为进一步阐明训练免疫的分子机制，本研究提取鸡源骨髓源性巨噬细胞（BMDMs）进行转录组测序分析。
