Gene expression profiles of mRNA and lncRNA in leaves of Ammopiptanthus nanus under cold stress

Ammopiptanthus nanus has a high tolerance to low temperature, and it is speculated that mRNA and lncRNAs may play important roles in stress tolerance in A. nanus. To investigate the response of mRNAs and lncRNAs to cold stress response of A. nanus, RNA-seq of leaves of A. nanus under cold stress was conducted.
