Link Between Balkan Endemic Nephropathy and Distribution of Aristolochia clematitis, Air Pollution and Pliocene Lignite Coal

R script used to analyze the presence of Aristolochia clematitis plant in relation to geographic distribution of Balkan Endemic Nephropathy (BEN). The dataset on the plant distribution was downloaded from gbif.org and biologer.org. The data on BEN endemic settlements was compiled using all the available literature and observational data.本R脚本用于分析铁线莲马兜铃（Aristolochia clematitis）的分布状况与巴尔干地方性肾病（Balkan Endemic Nephropathy，简称BEN）的地理分布之间的关联。该植物分布数据集下载自gbif.org与biologer.org平台。巴尔干地方性肾病高发聚居区的相关数据，则通过整合所有可获取的文献与观测资料汇编完成。
