Within this deliverable of the SENSEI project, on overview of meaningful “smart” technologies in the context of a building is given in a so called service catalogue acting as a single point of access to an overview for technologies in the context of smart buildings actively contributing to the KPI of a smart readiness indicator. Within SENSEI, those services are seen in the context of the P4P – Pay for Performance schemes and if certain services are more beneficial than others in another context than die original indicator. Services are characterized by their domain, their market share on pre-existing conditions, mostly technology which has to be in place in order to enable the mentioned technology. Those services are set and put in context with simulations and calculations with documented adjustments to the original SRI. Taking these adjustments into account, the impact evaluation consists of separately simulating /calculating the changes to the building properties achieved by a P4P program in conjunction with the individual SBT groups, and assess the resulting smart readiness. The difference between the SRI value after the basic P4P program and these new values constitute a quantified impact evaluation rate of the associated SBT group, which can be evaluated and compared to those obtained by other groups of SBTs.
在SENSEI项目的本交付成果中,本文件通过所谓的服务目录(Service Catalogue),对建筑场景下具有实用价值的“智能”技术进行了概览;该服务目录作为智能建筑相关技术概览的单一访问入口,这些技术可有效助力智能就绪指标(Smart Readiness Indicator, SRI)的关键绩效指标(Key Performance Indicator, KPI)达成。在SENSEI项目框架下,此类服务均围绕绩效付费(Pay for Performance, P4P)模式展开,同时也会考量特定服务在非原始指标场景下的相对收益优势。各项服务以其所属领域、基于前置条件的市场份额为核心特征,此处的前置条件大多指为启用目标技术所需落地的既有技术体系。此类服务均结合针对原始智能就绪指标(SRI)的带文档记录调整项,通过模拟与计算完成场景化设定与关联梳理。在纳入上述调整项后,影响评估流程将分别模拟/计算:结合各智能建筑技术(Smart Building Technologies, SBT)组与绩效付费项目后,建筑属性所产生的变化,并评估由此得到的智能就绪水平。基础绩效付费项目实施后的智能就绪指标值与上述新指标值之间的差值,即为对应SBT组的量化影响评估率,该评估率可用于与其他SBT组得到的结果进行对比分析。
