Soil properties, antibiotic and heavy metal concentrations in greenhouse

This dataset contains original measurements of soil physicochemical properties, antibiotic concentrations, and heavy metal levels collected from greenhouse vegetable fields in Yunnan Province, China. Samples were obtained across three cultivation durations (<1 year, 5 years, and >10 years) and along vertical soil profiles (0–100 cm).

本数据集包含采自中国云南省温室蔬菜田的土壤理化性质、抗生素浓度及重金属含量的原始实测数据。样本采集覆盖三个种植时长区间（<1年、5年、>10年），并沿土壤垂直剖面（0–100 cm）布设采样。
