Map Viewing Service (WMS) of the dataset: Conventional nature reserve of the Etang old de Saclay in Île-de-France

This status has no legal value and is not one of the regulatory tools implemented by the Law of 10 July 1976. It concerns a single site in Ile-de-France, the Old Pond of Saclay. This nature reserve was created by means of an agreement signed between the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of the Environment. At the end of this agreement, the Ministry of Defence, the owner of the pond, undertakes to preserve the natural vocation of the site, with the Ministry responsible for the environment accepting the principle that hydraulic management should take into account the needs of the Propeller Test Centre, which uses pond water for cooling aircraft engines passed to the test bench.本状态不具备法律效力，亦不属于1976年7月10日法律所规定的监管工具范畴。其仅涉及法兰西岛大区的一处场地——萨克雷老池塘。该自然保护区由国防部与环境部签署的协议设立。依据该协议条款，作为池塘所有者的国防部承诺维护该场地的自然属性；环境部则认可水力管理需兼顾螺旋桨测试中心（Propeller Test Centre）的相关需求——该中心利用池塘水源为送至试验台的航空发动机提供冷却。
