Media and Cell Line Dictionaries

These files are supplementary data for the submitted manuscript "Co-occurrence of Cell Lines, Basal Media and Supplementation in the Biomedical Research Literature". The file 'cellDictionary.csv' contains a dictionary of the cell lines used to annotate our corpus, with a column for the cell line and their synonyms. This is adapted from Cellosaurus, Version 29. The file 'mediaDictionary.csv' contains a dictionary of curated basal medias and their synonyms.
