Media and Cell Line Dictionaries

These files are supplementary data for the submitted manuscript "Co-occurrence of Cell Lines, Basal Media and Supplementation in the Biomedical Research Literature". The file 'cellDictionary.csv' contains a dictionary of the cell lines used to annotate our corpus, with a column for the cell line and their synonyms. This is adapted from Cellosaurus, Version 29. The file 'mediaDictionary.csv' contains a dictionary of curated basal medias and their synonyms.本次提供的文件均为已投稿学术论文《生物医学研究文献中细胞系、基础培养基与补加组分的共现现象》的补充数据集。文件'cellDictionary.csv'包含用于标注本研究语料库的细胞系词典，其列项涵盖细胞系名称及其同义名称，该词典改编自第29版细胞系数据库（Cellosaurus）。文件'mediaDictionary.csv'包含经审编的基础培养基及其同义名称的词典。
