We report a plant-beneficial interaction between Arabidopsis thaliana and the root microbiota under iron deprivation that is dependent on the secretion of plant-derived coumarins. The Bioproject includes Culture independent 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing of root-associated bacterial microbiota of plants grown in soils with contrasting iron availability.RNASeq of root tissue of arabidosis thaliana and mutants grown in a gnotobiosystem with differing iron availability regimes.
