Usp17l can regulate the expression of 2C gene through Dux in mouse embryonic stem cells

In order to study Usp17l can regulate 2C gene expression through Dux, we overexpressed Usp17le and knockdown Dux.Then we performed gene expression profiling with the data obtained from the RNA-seq. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for WT,Usp17le OE, Usp17le OE-Dux KD, Dux KD, Dux KD-Usp17le OE groups.

为探究Usp17l能否通过Dux调控2C基因的表达，我们过表达Usp17le并敲低Dux，随后借助RNA-seq获取数据开展基因表达谱分析。整体实验设计：针对野生型（WT）、Usp17le过表达组、Usp17le过表达-Dux敲低组、Dux敲低组、Dux敲低-Usp17le过表达组的RNA-seq数据进行对比基因表达谱分析。
