This dataset contains the relevant data of Figures 1,2,3,4 and 5, as well as the simulation code of the article "Spatial Orientation of CdS Nanowires based on Second Harmonic Generation Spectroscopy and Microscopic Imaging". The data file fig1c_laser and SHG.mat is the data of the laser's spectrum shown in figure 1(c) in the paper, while the data file fig1d_SHG_vs_power.mat is the maximum of SHG intensity versus the input power of the laser. These two data files can be applicable for Matlab softare. The data files, such as fig2a_polarization-dependence.csv, fig2d_polarization_dependence.csv, fig3a_polarization-dependence.csv, fig3d_polarization_dependence.csv, fig4a_polarization-dependence.csv, are those data of the SHG intensity versus different polarization angle of the input laser. fig5b_SHG_at_0_degree.mat and fig5d_SHG_at_45_degree.mat is the SHG spectrum at 0 degree and 45 degree for the polarization angle of the input laser, respectively. These two data can be applicable for Matlab software. The last data (simulation_code), which is the simulation code for all the corresponding figures (fig2, fig3, and fig4), is applicable for the Mathematica software.

本数据集涵盖图1、2、3、4、5的相关实验数据,以及论文《基于二次谐波生成(Second Harmonic Generation, SHG)光谱与显微成像的硫化镉(CdS)纳米线空间取向》的配套仿真代码。数据文件fig1c_laser.mat与SHG.mat存储了论文中图1(c)所示的激光光谱数据;数据文件fig1d_SHG_vs_power.mat则记录了SHG强度峰值随激光入射功率的变化关系,上述两个数据文件均可在Matlab软件中加载使用。数据文件fig2a_polarization-dependence.csv、fig2d_polarization_dependence.csv、fig3a_polarization-dependence.csv、fig3d_polarization_dependence.csv、fig4a_polarization-dependence.csv,均为不同入射激光偏振角下的SHG强度实测数据。数据文件fig5b_SHG_at_0_degree.mat与fig5d_SHG_at_45_degree.mat,分别对应入射激光偏振角为0°与45°时的SHG光谱数据,二者均支持Matlab软件读取。最后一项数据为仿真代码(simulation_code),可用于复现图2、图3与图4的相关结果,该代码适配Mathematica软件。
