Prebiotic effect of Glycomacropeptide in Phenylketonuric subjects

We evaluated the effect of GMP supplementation on the gut microbial community of PKU patients by comparing the gut microbiota before starting the GMP supplemented diet, after 3 months of the dietary treatment, and at its end.
