TRAILS (TRacking Adolescents' Individual Lives Survey) is an ongoing, multidisciplinary research on the psychological, social and physical development of adolescents and young adults. More than 2700 participants have participated since they were about eleven years old. For over 20 years, these participants have been examined every 2 to 3 years, through questionnaires, interviews, tests and/or physical measurements. Data was collected not only from participants, but also their family members, teachers, peers, and partners. TRAILS consists of a population cohort (TRAILS: POP) and a clinical cohort (TRAILS: CC). Since 2015, participants’ children have been measured in the offspring study TRAILS NEXT.

TRAILS（追踪青少年个体生活调查，TRacking Adolescents' Individual Lives Survey）是一项持续开展的多学科研究，聚焦青少年与青年群体的心理、社会及躯体发育轨迹。自研究启动以来，已有超2700名受试者在约11岁时入组。在过往20余年间，研究团队每2至3年便通过问卷、访谈、测评及体格测量等方式对这些受试者开展随访数据采集。研究数据不仅来源于受试者本人，还涵盖其家庭成员、教师、同伴及亲密伴侣。TRAILS 包含人口队列研究（TRAILS: POP）与临床队列研究（TRAILS: CC）两大子研究。自2015年起，研究团队同步启动了针对受试者子代的后代研究TRAILS NEXT。
