This dataset provides an example scenario designed to test the 3D obstacle feature in Veins. It covers the entire city of Luxembourg and is built on top of the  LUsT Scenario, which reproduces the city's real traffic mobility patterns. To enable the 3D environment, the height of each building was added to the scenario's XML files. Building heights were extracted from the open-source 3D dataset published by the Luxembourg municipality (3d.geoportail.lu). Because of current API structures, these heights are injected into the XML using the layer parameter supported by the SUMO TraCI interface. When the map is loaded, Veins reads this parameter to generate 3D meshes of the buildings, allowing for more accurate 3D radio LoS tests. Contents of the archive (LUsT3d.zip): lust3d.poly.xml: The file containing the XML descriptions of  the building polygons and their assigned height data. Sumo Configs:  lust3d.sumo.cfg, and lust3d.launchd.xml to initialize the SUMO/Veins simulation. Traffic Demand: The SUMO mobility patterns from LUsT, including 24h of local traffic, transit routes and bus networks (local.*.rou.xml, transit.rou.xml, buslines.rou.xml, busstops.add.xml). Simulation Configs: RSU placements and network parameters (omnetpp.ini, RSUExampleScenario.ned, antenna.xml).
