Mikrocensus 1972, 3. quarter: Employment History

As a first contribution to this field of questions a special survey on workplace and employment change was conducted in September 1970 (Mikrozensus MZ7003). It produced - for the first time in Austria - important results on the frequency of job change and on the stability of employments. In this study, another problem is of interest, namely the course of the career, on which there exists no statistic information. This time we don’t ask how often an employee has changed his job up to the time of the interview. The focus is now on all stages of his or her career.

作为该研究领域的首项开创性贡献，我们于1970年9月开展了一项针对职场与就业变动的专项调查——微型人口普查（Mikrozensus）MZ7003。此次调查在奥地利首次取得了关于岗位变动频次与就业稳定性的关键研究成果。
本次研究同时关注了另一项此前尚无统计数据支撑的议题：职业发展轨迹。与过往调研不同，本次研究不再询问受访者截至访谈时点的岗位变动次数，而是将核心聚焦于其职业发展的全阶段。
