Stenotrophomonas maltophilia was evolved in the presence and absence of coevolution of the surrounding communities. Communities consisted of five cocultures and a polyculture. A clone from all evolved S. maltophilia populations was sequenced to identify SNPs unique to each community and treatment.

本研究以嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌(Stenotrophomonas maltophilia)为对象,在周边群落存在共进化与不存在共进化的条件下开展演化培养实验。所用周边群落由5种共培养体系及1种混合培养体系构成。从所有经演化获得的嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌种群中分离单克隆并进行测序,以鉴定各群落及实验处理所特有的单核苷酸多态性(Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms,SNPs)。
