Camellia oleifera, a vital woody oil crop, faces challenges in genetic improvement efficiency due to its slow growth and difficulty in regeneration. This study focused on the expression levels of mRNA and miRNA during the somatic embryogenesis of C. oleifera, and the core genes of plant regeneration involved in the oil tea somatic embryogenesis process were identified, including DOF4.6, DOF5.6, WOX4, WOX8, and WOX13 during the somatic embryo callus induction phase, BBM, WOX11, PLT2, GRF, and GIF during the somatic embryogenesis and bud regeneration phase. The research data elucidates the process of somatic embryogenesis in C. oleifera at the molecular level. The key regulatory genes identified provide potential targets for improving the regeneration efficiency of C. oleifera and other woody oil-bearing plants.

油茶(Camellia oleifera)作为一种重要的木本油料作物,因其生长缓慢、再生困难,遗传改良效率面临诸多挑战。本研究聚焦油茶体细胞胚胎发生过程中信使RNA(mRNA)与微小RNA(miRNA)的表达水平,鉴定出参与油茶体细胞胚胎发生过程的植物再生核心基因:其中体细胞胚愈伤组织诱导阶段的核心基因包括DOF4.6、DOF5.6、WOX4、WOX8及WOX13;体细胞胚胎发生与芽再生阶段的核心基因则包含BBM、WOX11、PLT2、GRF及GIF。本研究数据从分子层面阐明了油茶体细胞胚胎发生的调控过程,本次鉴定得到的关键调控基因为提升油茶及其他木本油料植物的再生效率提供了潜在靶点。
