Nucleotide Sequence Alignments of Filamentous Fungi

This deposit contains nucleotide sequence alignments of several filamentous fungi belonging to the Magnaporthaceae family generated using the MEGA X software system. The alignments are in FASTA format and were used in the study "Macaw palm is a harbor of new species of dark septate endophytes inside Pseudophialophora (Magnaporthaceae) in Brazil"
