Post-processed Antarctic OSI-SAF v2 data for training IceDMD model

These data include the temporally complete daily and 15-day averaged versions of the OSI SAF Global Sea Ice Concentration (Version 2.0). These derivative products resolve the data gaps inherent in the original satellite records, facilitating continuous time-series analysis for modelling and training prediction models (including IceDMD). The original OSI SAF v2.0 product, while highly accurate, contains intermittent missing days. For this version, we have applied a linear interpolation method across the temporal dimension to estimate missing values. This ensures that every grid cell contains a valid sea ice concentration value for every day within the covered period. We also include the land mask file used for the research, and the precomputed results, and predictive DMD model results, and mrCOSTS fits in order to reproduce the results from the paper
本数据集包含时间序列完整的逐日及15日平均分辨率的OSI SAF全球海冰浓度(OSI SAF Global Sea Ice Concentration)V2.0产品。此类衍生产品填补了原始卫星观测记录中固有的数据空白,可为建模与预测模型(含IceDMD)的训练提供连续时间序列分析支撑。 原始OSI SAF v2.0产品虽具备极高精度,但存在间断性的日期缺测问题。针对本版本数据集,我们采用沿时间维度的线性插值法对缺失值进行估算,以此确保研究覆盖时段内,每个网格单元的每日海冰浓度均为有效数值。 为复现论文中的研究结果,本数据集还附带了本研究使用的陆地区域掩码文件、预计算结果、预测型DMD模型结果以及mrCOSTS拟合结果。
