In order to comparatively examine the X chromosome of horse and donkey, we sequenced the genome of a F1 hybrid of the two species using PacBio, with scaffolding using Hi-C and Bionano optical genome mapping

为对比研究马与驴的X染色体，我们采用PacBio测序技术对这两个物种的F1杂交种（F1 hybrid）的基因组进行测序，并借助Hi-C与Bionano光学基因组图谱完成基因组支架组装。
