We analyzed the transcription and methylation levels of the entire genome to understand its response to PM stress. And explored the relationship between the transcription level and methylation level of some genes. Reveal whether DNA methylation is directly involved in the regulation of pumpkin PM resistance, and further reveal the molecular mechanism of pumpkin PM resistance.
